Product Return Procedures

Steps:
– Fill out the form below and we will email you a return shipping label. Check your spam folder if you do not see it in a day or two.
– You may return the item up to 90 days from the purchase date. All returns must be authorized in advance.
– For Warranty exchanges when purchased through Bräandé.com directly, and outside of our 90-day return window, contact support to verify the unit qualifies for an exchange.
– If you purchased through Amazon or one of our Resellers, Distributors or Dealers please use their return procedures.
– For Warranty exchanges when purchased through others, contact the company you purchased from. They will exchange your unit for a new one. We will then replenish their inventory.

NOTE:
We will not issue a refund until the product is returned to us. Kindly allow 10 to 20 days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement after we have received it. Thanks for your understanding.
